- Ask your friend to add you in a circle.
- An option will appear to add you by email.
- Now enter the name of your friend and click add
- Now a green bar will appear at the bottom of your page with an option saying "Invite [name] to Google +"
- On clicking it a popup will appear asking you to invite your friend.
